[Pre-Chorus]
You don’t know how close you were to being number one
You don’t know how close you were to having all the fun
I could cry, cry, cry
Or ask myself why again
[Chorus]
But it’s not an ordinary world
And you’re not an ordinary girl
[Pre-Chorus]
You don’t know how close you were to being number one
You don’t know how close you were to having all the fun
I could cry, cry, cry
Or ask myself why again
You don’t know how close you were to being number one
You don’t know how close you were to having all the fun
I could cry, cry, cry
Or ask myself why again
[Chorus]
But it’s not an ordinary world
And you’re not an ordinary girl
[Outro]
‘Cause it’s not an ordinary world
And you’re not an ordinary girl [Verse 1]
Maybe it’s the irony
That part of me is torn
Maybe it’s a comedy, a tragedy reborn
They wanna talk about the white dress
White vest and paper plates
Don’t wanna talk about the secrets, mind games
That never end
[Pre-Chorus]
You don’t know how close you were to being number one
You don’t know how close you were to having all the fun
I could cry, cry, cry
Or ask myself why again
[Chorus]
But it’s not an ordinary world
And you’re not an ordinary girl
[Verse 2]
So you want to be the one to save the world
Someday, alone
Till you make a little big mistake
And nowhere feels like home
I wonder if there’ll be a likeness, I guess
It all depends
I wonder if you’ll be a princess, mindless
Can we be friends?

[Verse 1]
I’ve been wasting all my time
Trying to make you mine
I’ve been hanging out of place
Portrait without a face, oh no
Oh no
Darling may I call you dear
Let me be perfectly clear
I don’t need you here
[Chorus]
Give up, give in
Give everyone everything
You’ve got to give everyone everything
Give it all, give it all
‘Til you’re nothing but rags and bones
Give it all
[Verse 2]
Maybe I controlled it all
Convinced the sky to fall on you
‘Cause I wanted it to, yeah
Maybe it’s always been my fault
You wanted sugar, I gave you salt
Oh no
Darling ‘less I see some tears
Let me be perfectly clear
I don’t need you here
[Chorus]
Give up, give in
Give everyone everything
You’ve got to give everyone everything
Give it all, give it all
‘Til you’re nothing but rags and bones
Give it all
[Vocalization]
Give up, give in
Give everyone everything
You’ve got to give oh
Give up, give in
Everyone everything
You’ve got to give, give, give (everyone everything)
Give it all (give it all)
Oh
You’re nothing but rags and bone
Your heart just turns to stone
Nothing but rags and bones
Give it all

Hey satan
Have you seen my gun? Hey satan
They murdered as they contort
Contamination walked
Into my dreams
Thought forms breathe
Once in a world. They can’t make me play their big bad world! One ego against them all
How does it feel to be evolved? One demon against the world
How does it feel to be alone? Have you seen my god? Terminate
Smell december rust
Every single one…
Burn the brave
They’ll remember us
It takes some heart when the parts start breaking
The dark salivating…
The freaks are coming home…
How does it feel to be alone? I lost hope when the idiots shouted
How does it feel to be evolved?

This is not the first time this week that Pop’s album caused 50 Cent to freak. He went off on Virgil Abloh, who designed the cover (which the public unanimously agreed could have been way better). Fiddy debuted the track last night via Funkmaster Flex — something which seemingly antagonized DJ Clue, who has since refused to play the tune. Twitter 50 Cent put DJ Clue on blast for his refusal to play Pop Smoke’s new album. ?I think you should get punched in the face, ?i don’t know why, but i’m almost sure yo ass getting punched in the face. Fans of the “Welcome to the Party” rapper — and Pop himself — never had to fear that the debut album he was working on at the time of his death would never be heard, as Fifty took it upon himself to finish the record so he could make the late 20-year-old’s dream of taking his mother to an awards show, a reality. An official reason for the decision was not made public, but 50 Cent reckons that Clue was just pissed off and sought to call him out in a typical IG tirade. View this post on Instagram

This fool @djclue got in his feelings, and said he not playing POP Smoke new joint because he didn’t get the record first.?FUCK YOU CLUE, you don’t mean shit! Nothing crazy just a lower case L You know the vibes nigga.? “This fool @djclue got in his feelings, and said he not playing POP Smoke new joint because he didn’t get the record first,” the ‘Animal Ambition’ rapper claimed on Insta. Months have been spent on finishing and perfecting Shoot for the Stars, Aim for the Moon, with the album dropping today after an initial three-week delay. Along with the big release, came a new single, entitled “The Woo”. Pop may have left this world a few months ago, but Fifty has acted as his guardian angel ever since. If anyone dislikes Pop Smoke’s music, they’re going to have to deal with 50 Cent. “I done sold 30 million records you think i give a f*** if you play my music is you stupid, is you dumb n****?” Fifty also declared that Clue should get punched in the face. I done sold 30 million records you think i give a fuck if you play my music ?is you stupid, is you dumb nigga? Let’s hope the rest goes well, for Pop Smoke — and Fifty’s — sake. @funkflex been kicking your ass up and down the street for years you little retard. But instead of causing celebration, the song has caused controversy instead.
